# Dental Assisting

The unique SIMTICS simulations bring the dental operatory direct to the learner.

Students can learn and practice the core chairside assisting skills for working with a dentist, anytime and anywhere. They can prepare for labs and externships, and go back later to keep skills fresh. The SIMTICS modules feature over 13+ hours of learning covering infection control, patient exams and charting, chairside assisting, restorations, and dental radiology. Each module includes: a demonstration video, explanatory text with illustrations, an anatomy section with 2D and 3D images, the simulator with three different scenarios, and a quiz.

Six additional modules are available to academic and enterprise customers, including obtaining vital signs, more charting simulations, and comprehensive reviews of all the material in the other modules.
